1. We were two couples with a total of four children. The house was perfect for us in terms of size (four bedrooms, big living room, big kitchen.....) 2. The house has most of the things you need to feel comfortable - dishwasher, oven, stove, and so on. 3. The location - right in the middle of the island. Never had to drive more than 45 minutes to get anywhere 4. Lots of parking space right by the front door.

1. Showers were a nightmare. For three days, none of us managed to get a normal shower. Sometimes the water wasn't hot enough, sometimes they stopped in the middle of the sower..... horrible. This is the main reason for the low rating. I've seen that many complained about this in the past, so I wonder why nothing has been done. 2. Not clean ! Just look at the pictures.... we had a dying cockroach under our bad for three days. Dead bird in the garden. It was very unclean. 3. Facilities - had almost everything, but of very low quality (dishwasher that wash badly, knives that don't cut and so on) 4. It looks like a great place that suffers from neglecting and very poor maintenance. 5. Had a major humidity problem (see pictures). Everything smelled moldy. We had to wash all the bedsheets and blankets before use. 6. The owner isn't very available. We complained about the hot water issue, and it took 26 hours to get a response that "we will see". Clearly a lie, as many complained before us. 7. Location - nothing to do or see within distance. The area isn't nice to walk around in.
