Our host met us at the property. Bruno was very helpful, and also left us with a lovely selection of fresh eggs and bananas, bread and local liquor.

Only comment is there is only one bathroom, which can be restricting with a family of four. We were aware of this when we booked.

La maison est très bien équipée et propre. Bruno, l'hôte, est disponible et de bon conseil. Il nous accueille avec le sourire et des présents faits maison. Il y a un parking sécurisé pour garer la voiture.

Very friendly welcome from host Bruno. He gave us a house tour and explained everything. There were home made cookies, cake, eggs en wine for us. He responded quickly when we had a question, easy contact by app. Lovely house, beautiful view. Location great to explore most of Madeira. The house is a bit higher on the mountain, lovely breeze in summer, and also important: not too high, below the clouds! Big terrace and inside enough room for a family. New parking facility: opposite the house is a big space for this and 1 other holiday house with a gate, perfect.

Nothing important really, only a shame that the only toilet is inside the bathroom, but thats a common issue in holiday homes. Be aware that the road to the house ( and parking) is narrow and steep. But thats a common thing on Madeira on the whole island.

Eine Top-Unterkunft in erhöhter Lage mit Pool. Liebevoll, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles was nötig ist ist vorhanden. Sämtliche Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Grillplatz usw. - alles perfekt. Das gesamte Apartment hat uns alleine gehört. Man ist völlig ungestört. Ein abgesperrter Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Keine störenden Nachbarn und in absoluter Ruhelage. Grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer und Caletha, Gastgeber Bruno hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt und uns bereits vorab umfassend informiert. Das Roraima-House ist sicherlich eine der besten Unterkünfte in Madeira! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Zufahrtsstraße ist recht eng und steil, aber damit muss man sich in Madeira sowieso abfinden....

This was our second stay at an accommodation owned by Bruno. In this accommodation we had a lovely heated pool! We also enjoy the delicious homemade cookies, organic eggs and spiced rum that was given as a welcome gift.

Bruno the maintainer of this property was always there when we need something and his suggestions where helpfull...Despite our late arrival, he welcomed us warmly (very special thanks go to Bruno). He provided us with his excellent organic eggs and avocados... We had a pleasant stay in a nice and well equipped house...We enjoyed the saltwater poll and the additional pool heating (for a fee) was very much appreciated at a late hours...We were also lucky enough to get to know the owners (P.S.: Thanks for the hostess gift) so we would love to come back...

There is only air conditioning in the two bedrooms, the window in the kitchen was also opened to ventilate the living room, which unfortunately attracted the mosquitoes at night...Unfortunately we couldn't use the actual parking space for the vehicle, which was due to the width of the vehicle (bit more than 2m), even with the mirrors folded...it should be parked backwards and the house is on a slope...

It is a very comfortable, clean, stylish place. Everything you need is there. The beds and pillows are super comfy, which is a great bonus when on holidays.
