The best place to stay of our holiday. The house is spacious, stylish, tidy, very well equipped, and the host Francisco is very attentative and helpful. The house has bedrooms upstairs, living space and terrace with a grill on the first floor, and washer room /parking on the ground floor. Kitchen has every equipment and tool you could need, and living room has a comfortable sofa and a TV (with multiple channels, including international movie channels, and time shifting), so you can really feel yourself at home. Location is perfect, very close to the beach, diving center and children playground. A big groceries shop and some very fine restaurants are 5-7min away by foot. We explored the western part of the island during our stay here and it was very comfortable to reach every destination by car. I would surely recommend this place.

Four of us spent our vacations in this fully equipped house. We enjoyed all the space, especially the living room and the outdoor terrace. Very practical were also the dishwasher and the washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is ideal, only about 100 meters to the sandy beach. And that we could park our car right in the yard in front of the house was very convenient. Francisco is a friendly host. He always answered our questions quickly.

In the summer, when the temperatures stay high at night, it can get very warm in the house, it has no air conditioning. But there are fans that help.

Well equipped, cosy house with large outdoor terrace and private parking. House offers pretty much anything you could need. Francisco is a great host and is very responsive to questions. We didn't have any issues during our stay. Location is great, close to the Calheta beach/harbor with several restaurants and a good size / modern supermarket in walking distance. This is great for when you get back from a Levada hike or from sight seeing on the island.

Central location also comes with a bit of road noise. We found the bed pillows a bit hard/firm, but still comfortable enough. This also depends on your preference of course.

Location is great. house is amusing. owner showed an exceptional hospitality. place for the car. place for barbequing. view to the Ocean.

Wifi provides connection to social media only. no more options House is situated nearby Power plant. it makes some noise during the night.

Very good lacation of a house. Lovely, spacious terrace. Well equipped. I defently recommend.

The view from terrace is not so good. But is tiny minus among the many adventages of this place.

Fantastic location. Good for beach access but most of all for exploring the island. Parking space is a bonus. Proximity of good restaurants and a supermarket made the stay enjoyable and leave lots of options for food and drinks.

Very convenient location near the beach, children's playground and restaurants. The house is cozy and clean, kitchen fully equipped and the beds and pillows were very comfy (almost too much:) Francisco was a helpful and relaxed host, pleasant to arrange things with.

Although the place is very central, we didn't notice any noise coming in. However, sounds travel rather well within the house so one cannot have a party downstairs when others are trying to sleep upstairs (in case you had that in mind).
