Unique 1850s Tower Central Maldon Location

Great little house. Lounge and bedroom really comfortable. Nice chocolate treats / hot chocolate. Everything I needed for 3 nights.

Shame the car parking isn't closer. The kitchen bathroom underfloor heating didn't really warm the room but it was the middle of winter so maybe it's more effective when mild outside.

Such a beautiful house, so well designed and the attention to detail is incredible, the extras were so lovely and the host could not be more helpful and lovely.

The house is simply lovely, very well designed to optimize the use of a rather tiny space overall. It feels very cozy, you are “at home” instantly. I particularly liked the book in the liveing room that helps make you familiar with the house and Maldon in general. I had multiple contacts with the owner to arrange the booking, she is very friendly and helpful. Overall, the house was in a perfect state (bathroom neat and clean, the fridge had a bottle of fresh milk,…) in a quiet area very close to the main street (ideal location)

It is very hard to think of any problem, really. The only drawback could be to have to go upstairs and downstairs to move from one room to the next but that was not an issue as far as I was concerned.

Beautiful accommodation located in the centre of Maldon. All mod cons, immaculate presentation and Steph the host ensured everything that was needed for an excellent stay was in place, including cake. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Nothing to dislike.

This house is a real gem. The photos are true to the property. The decor is faultless and there are lovely touches throughout. The owners are very friendly and are keen to make your stay special. Music is playing when you arrive and a cake is there to welcome you. The location is central to the town, with easy access to the harbour, Promenade Park, shops and restaurants. It is close to Chelmsford and Southend, if you have a longer stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very cute house! The location is great, your are right in the centre but not on the main road.Shops and cafes are literally just around the corner and it is a short stroll to the harbour.
