Garajau House - Sunrise to Sunset Ocean View Villa

The house is very spacious and perfectly equipped. The location of the house between the capital and the airport is another advantage. The view from the balcony is amazing, so daily breakfasts are a pure pleasure for the eye as well. Throughout our stay we felt taken care of by the Owner, for which we thank you in advance!

Overall was a great experience and a great house if you want to stay for more than few days. Basically you have everything you need, and the hosts are amazing people. The view from the villa is amazing, all the rooms had ocean view. Very well equipped kitchen and very big living room. With a 5-10 min walk you had everything you need: stores/restaurants/baker/flowers

Our recent trip to Madeira was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived with my family our host’s warm welcome made me feel right at home. His beautiful house, with its breathtaking ocean view, was absolutely perfect. What made this trip even more special was getting to know closer our host Alex, a person who truly has a heart for what he does.

Everything was great. Alex as a host was helpful and happy to advise us on everything. The house had everything we needed. It is great to be able to do laundry. A soccer ball for children was also found. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants. The same goes for the highway, which can be used to quickly get to the other side of the estuary. I warmly recommend:)

We travelled as a group of five friends to Madeira for the first time. The villa exceeded all of our expectations and we were very pleased to have booked this place. First of all, the view is magnificent, the photos just don't do it justice. The location is perfect - it is quiet and peaceful, yet not too far away from Funchal. Garajau itself also have many lovely restaurants and a bakery which we enjoyed getting fresh bread and pastel de natas from. The villa is right by Cristo Rei, which is a beautiful sunset and sunrise location, and also right near Garajau beach. The villa itself is just like the photos. The beds are comfortable, there is a lovely kitchen and seating area upstairs, and there are several balconies to sit and enjoy the view - we particularly enjoyed having breakfast and a coffee while watching the sunrise from the top balcony. On arrival we were greeted by Eva, who showed us the works of the villa and gave us many handy tips on how to get around the island and what places we should visit. Alex was also very helpful and easy to reach for any questions. The hosts are lovely and made sure we had the best possible stay while in Madeira. I would definitely come and stay here again, and have also recommended this place to family and friends considering travelling to Madeira. Thanks again Eva and Alex for a lovely stay!

Best view from the balcony you can imagine. Very good internet and nice host

House has amazing views to sea. Bedrooms were cozy and livingroom was spasious. All rooms had seawiev. Owner was nice and very helpfull
