Central location

Apartment is along a busy road and traffic noise was consistent and very loud as well as noise from neigbours, which made for a very disturbed sleep. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are old and need of updating. Luke's review August 25 says it all!

Decent location. Parking was reasonably easy to find. Was able to check-in in English.

To start with the bathroom had only half a roll of toilet paper, we had to go and buy more as there was no more to be found in the apartment. Secondly, the shower head would not stay up and we had to hold the head whilst showering (not every ones cup of tea). The shower floor was also cracked (a plastic floor placed on top of a tiled floor), we had to stand to the side so no more damage was caused. We were planning on using the washing machine that was provided, but upon attempting to use it we found that the machine was not working. We contacted the owner who then told us that the previous booking had broken it, told us not to use it and that they had no time to fix it. This would be okay if we had been informed before our stay. We were partially reimbursed after asking for compensation to use a public laundromat, but still took away precious holiday time we should have spent exploring the city. The air conditioning is placed in an odd position, attempting to cool both upstairs and downstairs. It does a great job of cooling the downstairs area but the upstairs bedroom remained very warm, even during the evenings. Finally, the upstairs flooring does not feel structurally sound. Floorboards have gaps between and shuffle around when walking on them. The style of roof also means anyone with a bit of heigh needs to watch their heads when walking around.

Really good location (10 minutes walk from the main square)

Decor was nicely done but starting to look a bit tired.
