Casa ninni nanni

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima che mi ha permesso di ospitare mia sorella per una notte, pagando solo 15 euro per le spese di pulizie. La posizione è ottima.

La casa era molto sporca, ho addirittura ucciso una grossa blatta in camera da letto. La puzza di muffa è terribile, tanto che mia sorella, che soffre si allergia, non è riuscita a dormire perché si sentiva soffocare.

Dobra lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, bardzo pomocny i aktywny. Śniadania na słodko ale na prośbę zmiana na wersję klasyczną - super. Sypialnia i kuchnia bardzo fajne.

Niestety jest tam utrudniona wentylacja stąd grzyb na ścianach zasłonięty obrazami. Klimatyzacja działa ale zapach z niej zachęca do wyłączenia. Apartament przylega do klubu gdzie gra głośna muzyka w weekend, a obok jest mały warsztat gdzie z rana właściciel potrafi odpalić jakieś głośne narzędzia. Kabina prysznicowa jest malutka, dla większych i grubszych osób może być problem aby się pomieścić.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der grundsätzlich freundliche und gut erreichbare Gastgeber, auch wenn die Kommunikation teilweise intransparent war, da statt ihm andere Personen geschickt wurden. Das Frühstück (gefüllte Croissants, Saft, Butter, Marmelade) ist für kurze Aufenthalte in Ordnung, für eine Woche jedoch zu eintönig – ließ sich aber unkompliziert erweitern.

Die Unterkunft hat deutliche Mängel, die den Aufenthalt spürbar beeinträchtigen. Im Apartment treten Ameisen auf, zudem gibt es bauliche Defizite wie abplatzenden Putz und Schimmel im Bad. Insgesamt wirkt insbesondere das Badezimmer deutlich abgewohnt. Auch die Ausstattung ist unzureichend – es fehlen grundlegende Dinge wie Geschirrtücher oder Schwämme. Ein weiteres Problem ist die Lärmbelastung: Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine Cocktailbar mit Betrieb bis tief in die Nacht, zusätzlich sind Geräusche aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung (Möbelrücken etc.) deutlich hörbar. Die Beleuchtung im Apartment ist unangenehm kalt und erinnert eher an Krankenhauslicht. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls negativ aufgefallen: Vor der Unterkunft sammelt sich Müll, verbunden mit unangenehmem Geruch.

L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente, la posizione comoda , i gestori sono stati disponibili e gentili per ogni informazione e necessità. Super consigliato.

Vicinanza al centro

Attaccato alla struttura c’è un bar e alla prima notte hanno fatto musica ad alto volume fino alle 2.30 del mattino. Per i giorni successivi è intervenuto il proprietario.
