The apartment has a good location close to the center of the city. All the facilities listed by the host were present and functional. Also the camera installed as a monitoring outside is a good choice and we felt secured.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but it would have been perfect if those listed below would improve: 1. 16:00 PM check- in is a very late time and one of the most important reasons when booking an apartment. 2. The presence of mold and tiny flying insects. 3. The absence of soap/liquid soap and shower gel.

no hand soap takes ages for the air to reach the bedroom the place is in the centre but in the outskirts of the centre there is a car mechanic opposite that loves testing the engines by running them in as many rpm as possible so its noisy

15’ walking to the city center

The towels were dirty , the house is on the ground floor it’s only one door and there’s your room , a lot of noise from the street. Do not recommend.

A little bit dark inside. There is not so much natural light. Also, mold in the bathroom and in the ceiling made me a bit uncomfortable.

The place is say 5 stars unfortunately haven't experienced this value for them. The apartment location was good. The big down of the flat was an unfortunate dump flat in each room that has a sign of mould. Personally I will say it requires a refurbishment . Spacious for 4 people. If you have any one with asthma, or any breathing problems I will strongly advise not to rent this until it has been renovated . Due to the long day (10 HR flying we haven't got energy for searching for a new place) . Internet wasn't working. I can't judge the owner as we haven't met him. I will definitely recommend this place once the issue is resolved.

Overall, we liked everything, Giovanni (the host) was helpful, quick and responsive. It has very good location, around 15 mins on foot to the centre and restaurants, shops and central station (20mins). Apartment has everything a tourist would need: from comfortable bed till an iron and fridge, microwave and everything else. Also it is decorated with taste and very modern, the bed is super comfy. We would advise this apartment ti everyone, because overall it was very good experience.Thank you!

Apartment is located in the parallel street with the big street. I advise to make some sound-proof system with the inner door (which bedroom has) because one night it was extremely noisy with people not respecting others might sleep at 3am. We could not sleep that night, it was terrible. Also, some side note on the cleanliness: since there is plenty of time from check out (from 10am) till check-in (at 16:00 pm), cleaning could be more thorough: towels were smelling not good, shower cabin was moldy and you left a completely moldy coffee jar. (Next time just throw it away before another guests arrive)!
