The apartment was exactly as described when booking, the bonus was how amazing it was to swim directly below & to be able to walk everywhere. Giovanni also gave us so many recommendations of where to eat and what to see, he was very generous with his time and information, prompt to respond and nothing was a problem. Loved our stay here. And of course - the VIEW!!!

Everything about the apartment is fantastic! It is lovely and clean with amazing views of the sea. The location is perfect....right in the middle of everything. The host Giovanni is so helpful and kind. We would 100% stay again!

The apartment was well beyond expectations. It was very well supplied and Giovanni went out of his way in several helpful ways, including locating a free parking space very near the apartment and standing in it as we drove in to town! No kidding…

The location is absolutely idyllic, on the top floor of an ancient historic building directly above the sand in the old town. Spacious, and with magnificent views along the waterfront in both directions. We sat out on the balcony often and just soaked it all in. Modern kitchen and bathroom. The owner was very communicative and proactive in making sure that getting access was seamless.

Not an issue for us, but there’s no lift and lots of steep stairs, so wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues. Again, no real issue for us, but due to its historic heritage the owner isn’t allowed to install aircon in the bedroom, and it gets very hot. This didn’t bother me, I was OK with the pedestal fan, but my wife ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the air conditioned living room. But don’t be put off, nothing can detract from the location and the views. Absolutely stunning.

no climatisation in the main bedroom. that’s being said it was pretty ok with the ventilator.

Perfect location right on the water and in the city center! Communication was excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Giovanni was the perfect host and we would love to book with him again!

It was hot on the deck, but we just waited for the sun to go lower. Maybe some sort of sunshade would be nice, but we understand that we visited during a hot time of year, so it was fine!
