The House was clean and tidy and had everything you need, very good location. The team were nice and helpful and communicated very well with us.

It was amazing ... Happy Birthday banner , chocolates and a very persinal handwritten card on arrival were just the icing on the cake so to speak. Immaculate throughout. Felt like a home from home immediately. Our first afternoon was unfortunately that of our beloved Queen passing away, which changed our plans tremendously. However being able to come back to a place of homely comfort with WiFi and satellite made a huge difference. To be able to watch the events of the day unfold. Location was fantastic, quiet but central and the staff (Rio especially) were on hand for everything if we needed. I would definitely recommend and we will definately use again. Thank you for hospitality and above and beyond customer service. TREMENDOUS !!

NOTHING ... IT WAS PERFECT !

We stayed as a family of 4 in this really cute house. House was easy to find. Check in was easy. First impressions was the street was a little tired but on entering the house, everything was as it was on the pictures. A very comfortable sofa and wide screen TV with Now TV and Netflix, good WiFi connection too (not that we were in the house much to use it but it was there if needed) Compact kitchen/diner. Good quality crockery, everything we needed, although we did only have breakfast in the house as we did eat out every day but we did pack picnics when we visited the zoo (which was 10 mins drive away and very easy to find). There is a decent size fridge freezer which we stocked with ice packs and food items for our stay. We were happy to see an ice tray too as the weather was hot every day. Plenty of kitchen cupboard space if required. Dining area for 4 people, small table but ideal for what we needed. Bedrooms were lovely and beds were sooooo comfortable with bright white, good quality Cotton sheets, these were perfect to fall into after a very busy day. A great addition to the room was a fan which was very much needed as the weather was hot and sunny every day. Plenty of mirrors and plug sockets for easy access for make up and hair drying. Fluffy white towels which I loved and plenty of them. Washing machine and decent sized airer which came in handy having got 2 teenage girls using fake tan and make up. Nice new carpets throughout. Customer service from the owners was second to none. Always happy to help with anything we needed and very quick to reply. We did have an issue with the shower which had leaked and caused a drip through the ceiling below, which the owner addressed straight away and got someone round to look at it. No hassle for us but they did leave us wine and chocolates and a complimentary late check out for the "inconvenience" Also a lovely touch was a birthday balloon left for our daughter whose 15th birthday it was.

The parking was a bit of an issue as its residents parking only. We did manage to get parked outside the house every day but with a bit of a struggle. The street is very narrow and the house is at the end of a no through street, the residents park either side of the street. Lots of reversing was involved, it's a good job my husband was driving, I'm a good driver but couldn't reverse down a full street!!We were given parking permits by the owners which we used. You can always park in the nearest pay and display car park. Not sure of the price, its about a 5 min walk away.
