Fantastic location, near station and only 15/20 min walk into centre of Chester. House in quiet street. Plenty of room for our group of five. Very clean and comfortable

"All in all we had an excellent stay, and would recommend it to anyone."

Keys were in a key safe. Access code sent the night before arrival. Every bedroom had an en-suite, this was excellent. Large kitchen dining area. Plenty storage, large fridge freezer. Had an iron and board which was great.

The house hosts 12 people, only 8 chairs provided at dining table. The lighting in downstairs bedroom could have been better. Due to location of this bedroom, the blinds could not be opened until fully dressed. The room is dark, great for sleeping, not for getting ready. Not a big enough lounge/living room for everyone to sit in. Only a 3 seater and a chair.

I liked that each room had its own bathroom

The bins were a bit annoying to work out and it should have a dryer in there no point using the washing machine if you can’t dry your clothes

Perfect location, close to train station. Short walk around the corner to a lovely Waitrose for our supplies. House was spotless and had a large dinning table where we could all gather round. Loved it
