The location is brilliant! Close to the River and city wall walk. The decor of the house and thoughtfulness of information was excellent and great communication with the owner was a real plus!!! Also it's dog friendly and has a little secure courtyard leading out to a shared grass area. The bed was clean and comfortable and for a city location it was lovely and quiet.

It wasn't cleaned to a decent standard. Which was a shame.

The location was excellent and it was in a quiet courtyard and a short walk into the centre. We had good communication with Rod the host and straightforward instructions to gain access to the cottage aswell as parking instructions. The cottage was lovely , cosy and quaint. Very clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was a very kind gesture to be left milk, tea , coffee and fruit.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked about the cottage.

The beds were extremely comfy, the cottage was warm & cosy & in a great location, the parking was a huge bonus, last but not least the Host Rod was easy to communicate with & left us some nice treats to help with our stay!

It's located in the heart of city so just minuets walk from all the oubs shops and restaurants. It's is beautiful warm and welcoming little house and it was my pleasure to able to stay . Host was very polite and made sure little touches like milk and fruit was available for when we arrived.

Can't fault anything!

This is a fabulous house - it's so warm, homely & cosy. The location is excellent - short walk to main st yet the house is v quiet. Rod is an amazing host - fast to reply to msgs and gives lots of info. We net him the morning we were leaving & he was so so nice. No issues with parking
