"Beautiful villa with every possible amenity and facility to make your stay a real home from home."

Excellent villa in a quiet, up market residential area with everything you could wish for for a comfortable luxury stay. Large comfortable bedrooms and beds, comfortable lounge and dining rooms. The kitchen has a great sit up bar for pre dinner drinks. Good location for access to Naples and the surrounding areas. There is nothing that the owner hasn't thought of and provided in this simply superb villa.

I expressed concern to the owner several times about adverse reviews I had read but didn't get any response at all. This caused us a little concern up to the point we actually arrived at the villa. There were no problems whatsoever, the villa was superb. If the owner had responded to allay our worries, this would have been a very strong 10/10.

The home was so well equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay. The area is quiet and relaxing but in easy reach of all that Naples has to offer.

"Passable"

The house is very spacious. Both bedrooms have televisions and big, comfy beds and both bathrooms are large as well. The enclosed porch is nice and all the beach accessories would've been great if we could have used them!

The host was completely non-responsive. I asked a week ahead of time about closures - specifically nearby beaches - and got no response, only to later find out the beaches were closed. The gate controller didn't work and I messaged the host about it - no response. I never received anything but templated, automatic messages about check-in, security deposit, etc. despite trying both email and the Booking.com messenger. There were also quite a few ants in the kitchen (with no dishes or food out) and a cockroach in the master bathroom.
