Close to the US Open pickleball tournament, comfortable, clean, very accommodating host.

Difficult to find anything to criticize, draperies could be darker, easier to open and close.

"Terrible experience with the worst rental company"

we checked in Thursday night. Code didn’t work and garbage cans dumped in the middle of the driveway. Once we got into the home, there was an awful smell. we figured out it was coming from the garage and there was a chain locked freezer dripping blood all over the floor. We let property know. We went outside to get away from the smell to the lanai. The pool heater and filter did not work so there was scum all over the top of the pool. Property was informed. Friday we had tee times but needed to cancel them which we were charged. We traveled with our small dog so we had to stay at the home since we now had a cleaning crew coming and a guy to fix the pool/fan/door. The pool was unable to be fixed. The cleaning lady arrived to clean out the freezer in the garage, she came to the door and told us she couldn’t clean it. It was too disgusting and the smell was making her sick. After that, now the property had someone coming to physically remove the freezer from the garage. They came late Friday and removed it. That guy then came to the door and told us we should go to the store and get cleaning supplies and clean up the floor (all blood). We called property, in which they were extremely unresponsive and finally called back late in the evening on Friday. We let them know the pool still didn’t work and that the home still smelled and asked to be moved. They told us they didn’t have another available property and said the pool guy would be there in the morning to fix the pool. (ignoring the stench in the home) Beds were covered in febreeze to try to mask the smell. Saturday morning no pool guy and sitting in a home that smelled like dead meat. We let booking.com and property know we were leaving. We had paid for 9 nights and stayed 2 nights..of which we didn’t want to be there 1. Booking.com apologized and said we’d be reimbursed. The property reimbursed us only $740 of the $2500 we spent. They won’t call us back/email or respond.
