"The location of this accommodation was what made our stay in Clarens memorable: Beautiful setting."

The water outages every night caused me, an older person and a disabled family member much disciomfort. An alternative sanitation facility should have been provided. The other problem was the difficulty I experienced in getting our luggage from the parking area to the cottage and from the cottage to the car because there are several steps. A part of the entrance access could be modified and a ramp created for easier access.
