Light bulbs in living rooms need to be brighter, I could not read the newspaper as lighting too dim. Also, plug in bathroom vanity unit would not seal and hold water. Minor stuff, but would mean property 11 out of 10!!!!!

AUWas very clean and lived up to its name of being cozy.
The kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher, but then the house didn’t provide a dishwashing cloth or scorer, just a brush to wash dishes with. Was just missing little things you normally expect in a place like washing powder, a vegetable peeler, oil, salt and pepper etc.
NZLovely bathroom and loved the bath, great spot for charging our e-bikes under the house . Shelby very responsive to messages.
No dishwasher or BBQ , my fault for missing this! Found the location inconvenient, no washing powder and thought the kitchen could have been better equipped with some basic cooking ingredients and more than one wine glass!
NZNZCosy, quaint, quiet and perfect! Photos didn’t portray the cottage to be as roomy as it is which was a delightful surprise. Lots of little extra details added by the host around the house were very much appreciated.
