"Nice property, clean and tidy, beware of the super steep driveway, not very vehicle or people friendly."

Great location, plenty of beds and room for everyone, clean and tidy

Very steep driveway, not good for 2 people with mobility issues and one who’s a quad amputee, was not mentioned in advert and if we’d known, we’d never have stayed there. TV & Sky box don’t work. Wok burner in kitchen doesn’t stay on while cooking. Toilet towel rail falling off. Nails sticking up on outside decking - caught our feet on them. No lights to cabin at night - very steep path and slippery with stones and gravel. Light in bedroom two not going. Blind above tv falling apart. Not enough linen left, towels and tea towels / no kitchen hand towels.

Location and plenty of room for us all

Kitchen needs some maintenance as draws didn’t work and the extra 4th bedroom needs to be aired well before arrival as extremely musky and damp. Smells really bad

Beautiful quiet setting, comfortable beds, nice coffee machine.

Only one bathroom & toilet in main house for 6 guests.no extra bed linen ie blankets. No milk on arrival.

It was perfect for our group size (8) and perfect layout for our family to enjoy each other's company. Great Indoor & outdoor flow and nice to have the spa too. With a large group ot was nice to have the self-contained sleepout for a bit of down time. Beds were comfortable and had a log fire, which was nice being there in winter. Would definitely recommend to others.

The view would have been great. However, it seems neighboring properties are using the direct paddock as a dumping ground of some sort, which ruined the view. Also there were no dish cloths left for us to clean surfaces and although it had a drier it hadn't been set up so we were unable to use this. I would recommend bringing an extra towel to others especially if staying for a few days especially I'd using the spa. Also there is an ant issue but spray was supplied so is obviously a known issue we sprayed and that kept them away for the rest of the trip. Oh and the driveway is super steep we didn't even attempt to drive down it so wouldn't recommend for older people but alot of the driveways on the island are steep.

Large family home, perfect for a group and entertaining. Nice clean BBQ easy to use. Spa pool was clean and ready to use. Nice touches such as cold drinking water in fridge on arrival, coffee beans and coffee pods provided for coffee machines.

As mentioned in other reviews, the wood rot smell in the self contained unit. We were able to get used to the smell and use the room fine.

"Overall had an amazing stay and I would define come back"

The spa was amazing. Property had a lot of space which was ideal for a group of people. Love the scenery and the extra house in the bush was lovely.

A few maintenance things: The shower in the outside house filled up and didn’t drain straight away. Thought it was blocked. The bottom draw in the kitchen was abit tight. The hairdryer smelled burnt. Someone had an idea to put wooden stairs by the spa to make it easier to get in.
