Luxe Mid-Century Styled Townhouse #3631

I was not able to stay at this unit! When I booked this Unit I did not receive a code until hrs later and after multiple tomes of trying to contact the host and then having to contact Booking.com. A booking agent provided me with a code at 3 Am in the morning after hours and hourd of waiting! I finally arrive at the property at 3:15am EST to walk into a townhouse that was completely trashed. I mean absolutely disgusting as if someone just check out that day and no one ever came to clean the property. I walked right back out the door and booked a hotel room! I tried to contact the host and still have not received any message back in regards to this property and inconvenience.

Good food in the area. Close to downtown, good price, nice view to bridge, had everything you needed for a family or couples. I enjoyed my stay,

Bedbug found in blanket. Took pictures of the bedbug. When we contacted staff, the response was “find clean sheets or we can bring you clean sheets.” The owner of this unit was NO help and did not answer booking.com’s email about my complaint. When I called the phone number of the owner provided by booking.com, he said the request from booking.com must be in his spam and would get back to me. One week later, no response. We want a refund for our stay.

Overall, the renovations done to the property was charming. The host thought of everything. They blended old and new furniture, which I found nostalgic and refreshing. And the location was convenient for us

Our beddings were not clean. We were lucky to find a clean set of beddings in hallway storage. For the price that we paid, I expected better service.

Parking is scarce. Sink upstairs had drainage issues. Neighborhood is not a very good area. No extra toilet paper. Tv only downstairs in the living room.
