Overall, we had a great experience. The whole place was clean, has a beautiful garden and right in front of the beach. Perfect for a private and quiet place to stay while in Dipolog.

We love the place! Peaceful and private with beach on your doorstep. Good resto nearby too. Caretaker was so accommodating and the owner was so kind to grant us some of our requests.

The cottage was very clean and the room was just right for us. Bed is comfortable. Location is perfect if you want some privacy. Had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to Baybay Resto and can easily look for a motor cab if you need to go downtown. The garden is beautiful but we’re not able to swim at the beach. Communication was great too. They went beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Everything was perfect for us.

"The very friendly staff made the difference"

A great property for an outdoors bbq day close to the beach.... However the excellent service of the daily staff attending to clean and look after the property ....especially Aveliza (Liza)... made a huge difference in the stay as she really tried to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you, Liza!!!

Just a very small bedroom. The bathroom is only accessible through the outside. No comfortable, cisgender seating or launching anywhere not inside or outside. The beach in this area is full of washed up debris and garbage. Very noisy on a weekend as dirt bikes race up and down the beach....not a great location and not sure how safe it is.

"An enjoyable quiet stay."

The location was nice the bedroom and bathroom were clean and well prepared. The caretaker did a wonderful job of keeping the property presentable and was help full.

Not really the properties responsibility but the beach was very trashy and we did not use it. The other problem was the stray dogs and cats getting in to the closed property knocking over the trash can and making a mess. The hotplate also barely functioned making cooking a hassle.

I like the service and being on the beach. It exceeded all of my expectations. I recommend this place to stay if you are tired of staying in hotels.

I have no complaints. This is a great place to stay.
