It was beautifully decorated yet simple and the layout of the house great as well as the thoughtfulness of the details.

The bathroom near the entrance didn’t have a blind at the window.

Amazingly clean and cousy place very close to Porto. It is not in front of the beach, but it is extremely close to it. We really had the beach-holiday feeling when walking around the nicely modern renovated appartment/house, which had all the facilities you may need. The contact with the property manager was open and smooth, and he gave us good indications to park, move around or whatever we needed. We were with 4 adults and 5 teenagers and the place was big enough to feel fine. We would certainly repeat. The train station is at one stone-throw and it is the best and cheap option to go to Porto. In Espinho itself there are many little shops, also worthwhile to visit.

That we could not stay longer! Really, nothing to comment or improve at the moment, we had a great time thanks to the nice place and location.

This house has everything you could need on holiday. Ricardo has provided for every comfort and goes above and beyond as a host. We were comfortable and enjoyed the relaxed beach as well. My daughters like to surf and this is the perfect location. We had a car and took many day trips from here. We also took the train to Porto; the station is a couple of blocks from the house. I highly recommend Ricardo as a host and his beautiful ten2twelve house!
