Casa das Vinhas

Die Lage ist einfach super: bis zur Badestelle sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß, nach Angra fährt man keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Ausblick und die Hängematte draußen sind einmalig. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles für einen gelungenen Urlaubsalltag.

Die Betten sind tatsächlich eine Katastrophe. Sie quietschen fürchterlich und lassen keinen erholsamen Schlaf zu. Letztes Jahr waren wir in Casa Beira Mar nebenan und konnten wesentlich besser schlafen.

Very comfortable house with beautiful views next to a natural swimming pool. Everything was there including towels and anything you'd need in the kitchen.

The drive back to the main road is very steep. A car must have a good engine! Hygiene in the house could use some more attention. Overall a very nice house to stay!

Great central location to explore the island & very close to a superb natural pool. Despite other reviews, Wi-Fi was excellent

The cats were a bit annoying but if you ignore them they will go away.

The check in was very easy and straight forward. The host was very kind and gave us a basket with products from the island! The house is in a very quiet place really close to the ocean with a place to park and amazing views. Additionally, the house is fully equipped with everything to cook and spend awesome days! The cats that appear are a plus :)

Due to the fact that the island is humid, the house is also very humid and smell like mold. The furniture is a bit old. Internet connection from the house doesn't work well

Excellent location, Nice view from the front and from the upstairs' window, A welcome kit of Bread & Butter basket was a bonus and really helpful for us as we checked in late, Clean rooms, Spacious upstairs' beds. 5 Adult and one kid can get accommodated easily, Kitchen utensils are really good with all possible options. Grocery stores and main locations (Angra do Heroísmo) are all nearby (within 4-6 KMs). Our 5 days stay with family was really comfortable.

Only problem we faced was related to Wi-Fi connectivity. It was really weak and disrupted many times. Finally, we bought MEO SIM with unlimited local data option to cater our need. A dishwasher in the kitchen would be more helpful.

This is a rustic and authentic property close to the water with a beautiful view. The beautiful welcome basket supplied by the host was most appreciated. The house consists of a main level with a loft with 2 beds and a seating area. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor seating are was a real bonus.

Oven and one burner did not work and shower head was not staying in place. The bottom step of the stair does not conform to any standards and extra care needs to be taken when going downstairs. Overall, a lovely place to stay at a good price with a few shortcomings that did not dampen our enjoyment.
