Oxford city centre house/walkable to University

Great location, easy walk to old centre and collages. Right across from mall.

The location was ideal as it is close enough to the city centre to walk but it was also in a very quiet neighbourhood which meant we had restful nights (even with the windows open). It's also worth noting that it's close to a shopping centre with nice rooftop restaurants so you can choose to eat out or eat in.

Everything was perfect. Responsive host who was really helpful with regards parking for us.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche mit Töpfen und Küchengeräten könnte etwas besser sein, z.B. hat ein Sieb zum Abgießen von Nudeln gefehlt. Töpfe und Geschirr waren nicht sauber. Keine Spülmaschine vorhanden.

The house was very quiet, clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for us. Beds were comfortable and heating efficient.

Radiator in bathroom not working; loo seat loose, needed fixing; porch light not working; no storage/hanging space in one of the bedrooms. No baking tray/ovenproof tray provided for the oven. However, none of these things impacted our comfort much - they are just small things that, if fixed, would have given this property the full 10/10.

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. It was perfect for staying in with my 2 children. It is a house with 2 bedrooms and a garden. Everything we needed with the house was provided - towels, bedding, toiletries, tea, coffee, pots and pans etc. The house was nice and warm throughout our stay and clean. It was within walking distance from the train station and city and was a quiet street, near the river. I was pleased that everything we needed for preparing light meals was available. There was a bonus bottle of wine.

The upstairs floors were a bit creaky. The wall behind the door of the main bedroom was damaged from the door handle. It wasn't a big issue and there is a stopper to prevent further damage. A dustpan and brush would have been handy. I'm sure we probably would have found them if we had looked hard enough.

Promixity to town was fabulous. So easy to walk to everything. Decent Sainsburys 5 min walk away. Property was spacious, kitchen was neat and clean however a few basic utensils like wooden spoon, tongs, paper towel would have been helpful. Parking was nearby, access to property was easy enough.

Floorboards upstairs super noisy and creaky, no exhaust fan in the bathroom or kitchen (kitchen had one but it did absolutely nothing).

Maison au top, tant pour la qualité du logement que pour la proximité avec le centre historique. Beaucoup de charmantes intentions de la part du loueur!!

La seule chose que je dirai c'est que les lits étaient trop mous pour nous.
