Oxford city centre house/walkable to University

The house was so close to the town centre with parking which was great. Very clean

First impressions of the house was not good as front garden so overgrown. But was fine once inside

Very clean, appreciated wine and great location walkable to downtown Oxford.

Couch was uncomfortable, would have liked a outside chair

Fantastic location, walkable to the river and all city centre attractions and also very quiet. Lovely to wake up to birdsong in the morning, and we could hear the 101 bell strikes from Tom Tower at 21.05 each evening in the distance. (Very historic) Great to have a parking space, which is why we booked this. Spacious living area and kitchen. Nice and warm, plenty of heating and hot water. Enjoyed the Pinot Grigio!

Slightly tired decor upstairs, needed abit of TLC eg dented walls and broken toilet seat. Needed more places to put / hang things in the bedrooms. But overall, very comfy.

Great location with parking. Nice back garden space. Mini toiletries provided. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Good communication before arrival, including key safe code and parking location. Useful bits provided such as cereal, salt sachets, UHT milk, we don’t drink hot drinks but there were caddys for tea & coffee which I assume had some in.

An iron would have been useful but based on the iron shaped burn mark in the back bedroom carpet this may have been provided previously but now removed! Need baking trays in the kitchen, and kitchen roll being provided would save having to go and buy some. Premium price down to location rather than luxury. Not all plug sockets upstairs were usable due to being taped up or having broken plug bits in there, and some wouldn’t switch off. Sofa wasn't very comfortable so wouldn’t want to sleep on it.

Perfect for four person. Good location to the city centre. Good equipment and very clean.

Everything was great, and the wine was an especially lovely touch!
