"Great size, good location, great parking, great outdoor space. Not clean but easily could be with good cleaning crew."

Location and size and outdoor patios

Overall not clean inside..floors, dusty, showers moldy. Owners may have not been told the cleaning crew was not doing good job. Beds not comfortable.

2 1/2 baths were nice to have and the location was so close to Ole Miss and close to a gas station, liquor store, and Lost Pizza Restaurant. it was nice and quiet and would love to stay here again!

Some of the properties were not as kept up as others but that wasn’t the case with this property. Maybe an HOA can address?

There were enough bathrooms.

The one bed leg is coming off. Hardly any water pressure in the showers. We couldn't get it warm enough on the main floor.
