Casa Caetano by An Island Apart

Brilliant location and potentially a wonderful property.with a spacious balcony that got the sun from about 11am to sunset.

This property has a major issue on the first floor with a serious damp problem. There was mold on the bedroom wall and inside both wardrobes. There were signs of damp in the area behind the sofa bed also. There wasn't any heating or air conditioning on the first floor so the bedroom was damp every evening. There were also bad drainage smells in the bathroom. The top floor was fine and the kitchen facilities and balcony were excellent. Also a large smart TV which was appreciated.

Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage war eigentlich auch gut und wenn es draussen lärmig war konnte man das Fenster schliessen und die Klimaanlage anstellen.

Es könnte noch einen Besen und einen portablen grossen Wäscheständer brauchen und eine zweite Duschvorlage. Leider war der Sonnenstoren kaputt und wurde auch nicht repariert. Für die Terasse bei Sonnenschein am Abend wäre das sehr nötig gewesen.

Location, clean, everything working, good beds

Building in three levels, so you need to consider that of any physical limitations. Some noise from the road but not disturbing us.

Loved the place and location to everything. Had a lovely stay. Sad to leave.

Couldn't get internet sitting on deck.

Location, apt size, facilities were great. Close to attractions. Great food nearby with lots of choices. Friendly neighbors. Quiet at night. Views were amazing.

Bed could be a bit better but we managed.

Perfect location. Very attractive and useful rooftop terrace with a view to the sea. The apartment is newly renovated with a very good quality and everything worked perfect. Cleaning and shift of linings once a week.

A little more of plates, glasses and cutlery (at least 6 of each) would be nice and will save a number of circles for the dishwasher.

Absolutely beautiful. Perfect location and such a beautiful apartment.

Excellent location close to many good restaurants and the cable car terminus.

Better check-in arrangements for leaving luggage for those arriving on early flights. Wi-Fi didn’t work well on the patio area as the box was located on the first floor - could it be relocated to the upper floor as this is the main location where wi-fi was needed? Fan/Ac would be helpful in the bedroom as it was very warm and the windows couldn’t be fully opened otherwise privacy from the adjacent property would be compromised.
