The location and setting. The Christmas tree was a nice welcoming touch. It’s a lovely house for a family holiday.

They took our money out when we booked in June for December. Normally this would happen much closer to the booking dates. As it was over $3,000 and I had no warning I was not able to prepare my account and paid $93 extra in overseas exchange rates. There were no blankets only heavy doonas and the sheet. With warm weather a light blanket is also required.

"Great position for exploring, would definately come back again."

Loved the position of property, close to everything. Bedding and bedrooms so comfortable.

There were 5 of us and couldn’t really fit comfortably in lounge room. A clothes dryer would have been handy.

The location of Wairangi Beach Cottage is fantastic!!! The cottage is delightful and certainly makes you feel a part of the beautiful Bay of Islands area! I loved this cottage and would definitely come back if in the area again!!
