Very quiet place to stay. Location is ideal for shops and train to Glasgow Comfortable beds, very clean and well looked after

Needs non slip mat in bath to stop any accidents

It's the most comfortable place. Well placed. It was very clean. And felt like home. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

The beds were comfortable. The sitting room was comfortable and with its and the kitchen windows open there was a pleasant cross breeze. The kitchen was adequate. The refrigerator kept our food cold. The downstairs neighbor was very friendly. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Host and building management were friendly but not able to resolve any issues.

The flat is not well maintained. The bathroom sink faucet had a constant slow leak and water pooled on the counter top until it ran off onto the floor. The problem has been there for a long time as the counter top was swollen and delaminating. We had an issue with the entry door lock. You could unlock it from the exterior but not the interior. The interior latch to unbolt the door would not turn after the door was closed and we got locked in. We called the host and they didn't have a good answer for getting us out of the flat. We ended up prying on the exposed bolt to get the door open and let the host know we had managed to free ourselves. A person from building management came the next day and we demonstrated the issue, We left the door unlocked while we were in the flat for the rest of our stay. The throw pillows in the room with two beds were soiled and we set them aside. There were 3 lamps in the same room, but only one had a cord long enough to reach a socket. They look nice in the photos but are non-functional. In one of the rooms with a double bed, the closet handle was missing with the bar it turned sticking out. The window would not open. There was no information about wifi posted, but if you can find the QR code on the back of the cable box that will connect you to wifi. The downstairs neighbor had parked his truck in the on premises parking, but moved it when he saw us looking at it after we arrived.

Liked the size of the flat it was good for where we were needing to go would stay again

Toaster not working,fan above cooker making terrible noise and couldn't open bathroom window and no fan instead.

The location was good. The rooms were good sizes. Towels were provided. The apartment was clean.

The bins outside needed emptied. The smell was awful when you went outside. The people above us were very noisy and kept us awake throughout the night. One of the double beds were 2 singles put together and very uncomfortable. The oven was dangerous as the internal glass is missing and it became very warm. This is a hazard. The shower door has no rubber seal and the floor became very wet in the bathroom. Needs to be more cleaning products if it has to be kept cleaner. This was not the apartment we booked as there was an issue with the other apartment.

Issue with keys but resolved very quickly within 10 minutes of arrival!

It was a little over priced but we did book late due to our other property being cancelled on vbro.
