Location, facilities and the ambience

Phone connectivity and WiFi connectivity was poor. WiFi only connected downstairs. Thermostat control was temperamental. Some rooms were very hot and some extremely cold.

the location was lovely and quiet, yet easy to pop to shops in Honiton or get onto the A30 access to the nearby towns and seafront. Swimming pool was fabulous and the children loved have a dip during the day.

"Perfect little getaway & escape!"

Beautiful place inside & out and surrounding environment. So much character! Amazing facilities guests had access too. Hosts were very accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Very comfortable beds, has the best nights sleeps! Quiet and peaceful surroundings and a good base point to travel to different places for day trips!

"A peaceful beautiful stay."

The location is amazing with beautiful scenery. Very quiet and peaceful. Accommodation is clean, cosy but spacious, and modern clean decor throughout. Everything is provided in the kitchen to prepare and cook your own meals. There is a list of recommended restaurants to visit as well. Local supermarkets deliver groceries, too. The pool is amazing and available for guests to use at all times. After 7pm it's only available for adults which for us was perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed a couple of late evening swims, and we had the pool completely to ourselves.

There wasn't anything we didn't like
