GBLocation,balcony,nice dog downstairs. Kitchen has five gas hobs,one electric hob,microwave,fridge/freezer,enough pots/pans,plates,cutlery. TV has some English language news channels..Small supermarket and greengrocer near petrol station but both appeared to be closed on a Wednesday. Regarding walking you can walk up to Grotta Grande(the cross above the village) from nearby.Walk towards Collesano for a few minutes,cross the bridge and turn right. Follow the path until below the church and go up the forestry road there. You will see a picture of the map in the review of 29/8/22 on here. I walked on to Monte Macabubbo as I had a guidebook but no real path.When you reach the top of the most direct path up to GrottaGrande where you turn right you can also turn left following the wide track. Go through the second gate on the right(signpost there).Go up diagonally left and through next gate. Walk ahead on the level for 50 metres and you will find a feint path which zig zags up to the left or you can follow the fence up a short way to a ladder stile and the same path is 10 metres to your right. Follow the path up a short way where it meets a fence and along it through a gap and you meet a wide track. Turn left and follow this below P. Ochio for 15 minutes and you will get a bit of a view to the west. From Isnello follow contrada s.callogero signposted grifone for 20 minutes to see caged grifone vultures being prepared to be released . It is a nice walk to continue for 20 minutes ending in a farmstead.
Apartment is very cold. You can get heating pellets for 12.50 Euro but from reading other reviews don't warm up the apartment much. The oven is not working in the kitchen and there is no toaster or kettle.I found it could be difficult to open the front door of the house without the key from the inside.No garden to sit in.
GBLovely apartment with a large kitchen, comfortable beds and a spectacular view from the terrace. You wake up every morning to birdsong, goat bells clanking, maybe a donkey braying in the distance...and the view of Isnello, in amongst alpine like mountains up to 2,000m. Just wonderful!
MTThe view was amazing, a really peaceful and tranquil area. Hosts were quick to respond to our messages. The property is situated next to a very good restaurant.
The mattress and pillows were really not comfortable

No name of property on entrance drive. The couple of ornaments in the bedroom weren't to my taste but nothing to complain about.

Pretty loud DOG barking all night! So you have to sleep with the windows closed. And without AC it is not that great. Wifi is pretty weak.
