Savininkė maloniai pasitiko ir parodė visas namo vietas. Puiku kad atskiras namas, su nuosava automobilio stovėjimo vieta, arti ramaus paplūdimio. Puiki terasa, pilna virtuvė indu ir įrankių maisto gamybai. Buvome 2suagę ir 2vaikai, labai tiko, vaikai miegojo atskirame namo aukšte. Didelis pliusas 2wc kambariai. Nuo oro uosto geras kelias.

Wonderful house with everything you need for living. Equipped kitchen. Convenient for 5 people 2 toilets. Everything is clean. Beautiful views. Chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Greenery provides shade and coolness in the heat. And in addition caring hosts)))!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The host is super nice, and we truly appreciated her attention to every detail.The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the view of the sea from the porch was fantastic. We would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

everything was great! Every member of our family was especially delighted! The hosts are extremely kind and pleasant people! The room had its own special atmosphere! I felt great comfort and coziness! Each room is decorated with various interesting products, which adds even more atmosphere! Everything was clean and tidy! I was impressed that everything was included in the stay, from daily hygiene products to chairs and various interesting accessories for the beach, which is very useful and important! We will definitely come here again! Definitely a sincere recommendation for everyone!

Beautiful, big house, equipped with literally everything one could need in the kitchen and the bathroom. The house is decorated and furnished with a lot of love and attention to detail. Wonderful, lovely hosts who also gave us a lot of valuable information on the area and were extremely helpful and kind all along! Very calm and quiet neighborhood.

The owner is very friendly and hospitable! The property is located very close to the beach, and the surrounding is beautiful. There are tavernas and a kiosk close by. We were very unlucky with the weather and we didn’t go to the beach at all, and local restaurants were also closed, but it would make a nice summer house. The property has all necessary amenities and Mrs Flora also provides a little bit extra than what is expected, like espresso capsules, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and more. I found this very useful and thoughtful of her!

There are shops and restaurants close by but since the local tavernas were closed due to the bad weather we couldn’t easily find anything to eat and there were no restaurants delivering to that area. You definitely need a car if you stay there. Unfortunately the place had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. Sheets and towels seemed clean, as well as bathrooms did, but the floor had not been vacuumed and there were breadcrumbs all over the kitchen stools and the table chairs. We walk barefoot and I had to vacuum and mop the next morning that we arrived (we arrived late at night). I was pretty disappointed by this and made us a bit conscious about the overall cleanliness of the place (resulting in pre-washing every dish or kitchen tool we used, cleaning the bathrooms again just to be sure etc). Also, because there was a storm in the area (a very very heavy one, kind of an unseen situation tbh) the place slightly flooded. Water came in from a ceiling window. As a result we had to mop for hours in the middle of the night! Having two babies to care about too, this was completely inconvenient! I contacted the owner and she was genuinely sorry but couldn’t really do anything to help (which I understand because the weather was absolutely terrible). We thought about leaving and Mrs Flora offered to refund us for the remaining days but we ended up staying since the weather improved. Everybody I discussed this with, told me she should have offered a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience but I didn’t ask her to and she didn’t offer either so we ended up paying full price. The weather is certainly no one’s fault but the ceiling window needs to be properly sealed and the cleaning needs to be improved IMO.

The house was very thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The little details such as allergy sensitive shampoo, slippers, beach chairs and a complementary bottle of wine were gratefully received and showed the care and hospitality of the hosts. Excellent air conditioning throughout which kept us cool in the hot summer days. The house is split in two levels and has two toilets and a great balcony, where we had all our meals. Also a huge patio on the roof with excellent sea views! The hosts were friendly and discreet but always accessible.

We liked everything about the property. Some issues with the area as it gets really busy in the weekends and the two beaches close by get very crowded. However, we are aware that this is the case in the outskirts of Athens and there are some other beach options close by if you drive.
