We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and cozy, beds were confortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the welcome gifts were nice. Neighbourhood is quiet and the hoise is close to bus stops. We felt like home.

House was clean, warm and a real home from home. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The little extras left for us were very much appreciated. Good central location.

Perfect place to stay if you are planning on spending a few days or more exploring the islands. The apartment is very nicely furnished with everything you would need, hosts are lovely and had left us some basics (bread, milk, cake and wine!) to get us started on arrival. Rooms were spotless and some lovely views. A very easy drive to Tesco just down the hill, and only a couple of minutes to drive to the centre of Lerwick. Overall we loved staying here and highly recommend it, there was plenty of room for our family of 5.

The only downside is that you probably need a car if you're staying here (although we didn't test the local bus service) as it's not right in the centre of Lerwick and not easy walking distance to get into the main part of the town.

Spacious, well equipped ; kitchen has everything you need and more. Nice to have a living room area where we could gather and yet separate bedrooms for privacy. Blackout curtains especially nice for the summer hours. Fantastic view out the back to watch the wildlife. Comfy beds, bedding, pillows. Host very gracious and attentive.

As visitors from another country, operation of the appliances, heating , electric sockets, front door lock, etc was not intuitive. An instruction list explaining the operation of these items would have been appreciated. We did figure all out eventually, but an instruction list would have helped immensely.

This place had everything we could possibly need and more when traveling with 3 young children. It was exceptionally clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect, a beautiful, super-equipped house, in an excellent position near Lerwick town center, and very helpful hosts, we strongly recommend this accommodation for your Shetland holidays!

Able to carer for large groups easily. Well stocked kitchen with lovely welcoming cake and wine. Tea,coffee,bread, milk and selection of jams provided.

Small lounge area but wasn’t too much of a problem. We
