Orchard Cottage.

Cosy and compact. The owner has managed to fit into a small space everything you need in a way that doesn’t feel squashed in. Thoughtfully done.

There wasn’t a negative. The only shortfall was the shower. The main overhead shower worked perfectly but the hand held shower head didn’t. The owner explained it was broken by a previous guest and she is getting it fixed. She had provided a shower cap if you wanted to keep your hair dry. So the thoughtfulness still applied.

It is lovely and cosy, perfect fully enclosed garden for the dogs. Very clean, I really annoyed my second stay and I will be back again.

Nothing - it’s perfect!

Ok for a base for a couple of nights. Clean and well presented. Didn't meet the host which was fine, communication good on email.

No oven (which I'd forgotten!). An airfryer would cover this. Very small outside area hemmed in with 6ft fences. Not a cottage but a converted double garage. Nothing in the village, nearest shop 10mins drive so go prepared. Just manage your expectations.

Ideal location. Just a short drive into Lincoln

Only bug was the cottage is listed as pet friendly so I booked it, only to be told after I had paid there was a surcharge for taking the dog. OK it wasn't a great amount but still found it annoying.

Location perfect, good facilities, helpful owner, dog friendly

Bed could have been more comfrotable and heating thermostat a bit too complicated for general public to understand straight away, a simple hot/cold switch would have been better

Cottage is absolutely perfect. Very clean, very comfortable. Colleen has thought of everything you could need. The Easter egg was such a welcoming touch. Thank you!
