Everything you need in a self catering environment, Not too far to get into the cultural quarter by car or walking. Very reasonable price. Super clean and fresh.

No net curtains, situated on a road with a school so felt a bit overlooked at drop off and pick up times there were lots of people passing by and looking in.

Great location, well equipped.

Just the steep stairs

Lovely little holiday home close enough to commute into the centre for little cost. It was very spacious and had all we needed to have a great stay. Thankyou

Just a little further out than it suggested. I wouldn’t say it was a walk into the centre of Lincoln especially along the very busy roads

Clean, reasonably priced, well situated, spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay and would highly recommend and stay again.

Lovely house and facilities were excellent.

Very quiet despite being in the city. Well equipped house with plenty of room. While no official parking space, this was not an issue as we managed to get a spot after coming back each day's and for a Bank Holiday weekend too! Stairs were a bit hairy, even for us living in Victorian terrace. Never thought I would see stairs steeper than ours! Still it was a fab weekend. Would recommend 👌

Watch the step into the bathroom. Caught me three times the first day. After that I was programmed to watch for it!
