Cupidtrails Himalayan Castle

The property can’t be reached easily when it is snowing or if it had snowfall within last few hours. As this property is located on a hill with limited or slant pave it become really difficult to go up to the property. Definitely not recommended for children or aged people as it is really risky. One step missed or slipped due to snow and you go directly down the hill. There is not safety protocols, eg. ropes or railings to protect you while going up or coming down. There’s no kitchen at the property. whatever you order, the poor caretaker has to go to the market to grab the same.

We got a worst experience ever had in Manali , because we stayed for 2 days those two days morning they didn't provide breakfast , they didn't provide warmer in -2 degree ,they didn't gave kattle also we drink little chill ice water only and also heater is available but no hot water , we asked to that care taker nitish but he says we didn't have this king of facility I was feed up with his behaviour and in night time there is no safety to climb in the top of the hill to reach for the cupid trail Himalayan castle........ So that we cancelled all our trips in 26th plan and stayed in room itself Total not worth for money totally disappointed my total trip by staying in cupid trail Himalayan castle room ..........

Hospitality and service of the host was very comforting and excellent.

The way to reach upto the location is shabby, dirty and dangerous.
