"The place was comfortable but not what we wanted."

This property lies within a complex of buildings and is overlooked by a large chalet with multiple occupants. The information supplied indicated that it was an isolated property but one of a number on the estate. Expectations of a quiet, isolated property were not met. There was a ridiculous palaver over terms and conditions and a deposit which nearly put us off. We can now see why they have had trouble previously but do not see why we and other clients should have to pay for their poor planning decisions.
