The Hat's Hut

Beautiful tranquil location on farm grounds overlooking horse pasture and relatively private. Quiet and peaceful. Had everything I needed. Warm and welcoming host. Loved the addition of a fan as it was quite muggy when I stayed. I loved the location and tranquility too.

The bed was on the smaller side but as I ended up travelling alone, it was OK sizewise. Actually very comfortable but was very high for me (at 5ft 3). If my husband was with me he wouldn't have been able to get on and off the bed easily due to mobility issues. Maybe a small step up stool could resolve that? Also, the only chair to sit on was either a stool inside or a wrought iron garden chair outside, which wasn't so comfortable. Maybe a more comfortable option especially when it's raining would be an idea although recognise space is limited. If the little table was a foldaway one you could utilise that space in the corner for a chair?? Apart from these minor suggestions I loved the Hats Hut, it's perfect for 1 person or 2 slim built shorter people lol 😆

Incredibly peaceful location. Self check-in arranged in advance, as arrived very late. Mattress one of the most comfortable. Lovely set up, quirky and charming.

I loved The Hats Hut! Prior to arrival I had been given lots of information re checking in. There is good parking. The hut sits facing a paddock with lovely views. It’s so peaceful and it was lovely to sit outside listening to only the sound of the breeze and birdsong. The hut itself is lovely. It’s very well equipped and comfortable. The towels are of excellent quality. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I loved sitting in bed looking out at the trees and the horses in the fields beyond. Only negative,and not related to the accommodation itself, is that I stayed during a heatwave and it was very warm inside and out! I will definitely be back again perhaps in a different season. Can’t rate it enough. It was everything I wanted it to be and more!

Peaceful location, quaintness, Simple, but all I needed was there. Firepit was great to use and logs provided. Secure location also. WiFi was good. The other Shepherds Hut looks fabulous also. Will book that one when I come back as it is bigger and has more facilities. Beautiful Farm location just 1 min from the main road to Silverstone.

So clean, cozy and an absolutely delightful location.
