Sunny, clean, spacious, laundry room, outdoor deck

The bathroom pop up drain was broken and drained VERY slowly, the second bedroom electric outlet did not work. Indeed it is a very old two story that has seen better days. In the upstairs apartment you're required to wear slippers that are provided, not good for older feet that require support. I'm guessing from all the creaking floors that the lower unit deals with the noise. Not a terrible apartment by California standards given that a pack of gum costs $10.00 LOL.
