"Polecam miasto Riumar"

Przestronny dom z dużym ogrodem i basenem. Idealny dla rodziny z dziećmi. Blisko plaża, sklep, restauracje, plac zabaw.

Brak klimatyzacji w dolnej części domu. W pokojach były wentylatory, które mało chłodziły pomieszczenia. W pokojach na piętrze była klimatyzacja płatna ale i tak nie chłodziła więc szkoda za to płacić. Sprzęt gospodarstwa domowego mocno wyeksploatowany. Podczas pobytu zmywarka odmówiła posłuszeństwa i nie została naprawiona. Dzień przed opuszczeniem domu miałem utrudniony kontakt z opiekunem domu, nie udało się spotkać żeby przekazać klucze. W drodze powrotnej do domu dostałem informacje, że kaucja, którą wpłaciłem za dom nie zostanie zwrócona, ponieważ uszkodziłem zewnętrzną lodówkę, która stała na tarasie. Nie zgadzam się z tym ale cóż…słowo przeciwko słowu. Podsumowując. Polecam miejsce, niekoniecznie firmę MARISOL. Napewno przed wynajęciem domu trzeba sprawdzić każdy kąt i sprzęt, żeby nie było później niedomówień.
