Luxury 4 bedroom Lodge Mount Juliet Estate Thomastown Kilkenny

Would highly recommend this family friendly house. The location is excellent and the view of the golf course is fantastic. The house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self catering. The host was very accommodating and also provided us with some breakfast foods in the fridge which was a lovely touch. There's a playground and fairy garden walk to enjoy. The food and service in the hotel restaurant was excellent and there was no issues bringing three small children. We also got to use the pool in the hotel at an additional cost. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The size and facilities that come with this property are hugely impressive. We were not left wanting for anything. The bedrooms were big and spacious as were all the adjoining bathrooms. The host was also extremely accommodating and was on hand to answer any questions.

There was nothing I could fault this property on.

The property was beautiful, spacious and had everything anyone would need for a stay. We brought items to be on the safe side, and ended up not having to use any of our own as they were already provided and more; plentiful toilet rolls, breakfast food, glasses, plates etc. The location is perfect for groups as it allowed you to enjoy Mount Juliet’s facilities even though was not staying at hotel. We never felt we were disturbing other guests cos of the privacy of our lodge & the views was fantastic. It was fantastic having access to streaming services such as Spotify as it allowed us to set the ambiance of our weekend getaway, and having good Wi-Fi was a perk as well.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The only thing that would be helpful was instructions on how to use the dishwasher & the hob. We couldn’t for the life of us figure out how to use the dishwasher. So we washed up dishes manually. Luckily I knew how to use an induction hob as I have one personally, otherwise if not familiar with induction hobs, people would not be able to cook breakfast etc. so may be handy to have a simple instruction manual for these both, otherwise everything was perfect.

Wonderful property , ideal for family get togethers. Enjoyed everything about it
