"House with prive garden"

A wonderful place for travelers with a dog. The garden is fully fenced and lockable. A quiet neighborhood.

"Es war ein angenehmer, ruhiger Aufenthalt."

Der Garten am Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, so daß unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Supermarkt ist nur 300 Meter entfernt und ist top ausgestattet. Frisör ca. 500 Meter.

Das Bad ist etwas klein. Die Dusche und das OG (Schlafzimmer) ist nicht mit körperlicher Beeinträchtigung begehbar.

"Exceptional"

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns, vor allem mit Hund. Das einzige, was man sich noch wünschen könnte, wäre eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage zu Rovinj ist genial. Haben fürs nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht.

A relatively spacious house with a nice yard where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine and have a barbecue. Great location the beach is just a 15-minute drive away. There’s a shop and a restaurant nearby.

The house has great potential. However, the absence of a washing machine especially when traveling with a family - is quite surprising these days, even the most basic one. Although it wasn’t listed in the description, we didn’t pay much attention to it, assuming that a washing machine is standard in most accommodations nowadays. There is also no dishwasher not critical, but still worth mentioning. Parking nearby is not possible. The host offered to let us park the car at a neighbor’s, but that wasn’t very convenient either. To be fair, the lack of parking was clearly stated on the booking page. Additionally, there were no basic essentials like salt, paper towels, coffee, or tea - small things that would’ve been nice to have after a long journey. Not mandatory, of course, but would’ve been a thoughtful touch for the first evening.
