Nette Vermieter.Super Garten mit schönem Aussengrill. Überdachter Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Schöne Aussendusche im Garten.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei der Ausstattung des Hauses (Mobiliar). Möbel waren lediglich funktional, aber für den Mietpreis hätte man hochwertigere Betten, Küche etc. erwarten dürfen. Kein Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern.

Vermieter sehr nett und immer wieder gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir was brauchen. Wirklich alles im Haus was man sich Zuhause hat. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super großer komplett eingezäunter Garten für uns als Hunde Besitzer top.

Das Meer ist doch etwas weiter entfernt und auch Rovinj, aber mit dem Elektro Scooter ist auch das tadellos gegangen.
