Padstow townhouse, close to harbour

It’s an incredibly maintained property. Well presented and walking distance to the Harbour - Beautiful

There is nothing I dislike about the property

Bright and spacious

There was plenty of room for 4 people. facilities were modern and comfortable. kitchen well equipped and great outdoor space for our dogs. only a few mins to centre and some good walks detailed in welcome pack.

Overall cleanliness- was good at surface level but skirting dusty, tops of showers not wiped, cobwebs in corners in kitchen had to be wiped away.

The house was perfect. Extremely clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay with two children. We’d definitely recommend the house, and would stay again.

Everything was great! The only tiny gripe we had is that the bed on the top floor has extremely sharp edges that protrude quite far - we all caught our legs at least once

Location & proximity to the harbour Well equipped & comfortable 3 bathrooms, all with showers Quiet location

Garden front and rear - needs tidying Could make more of the facility at the back - lights for when it’s dark and and as above, general tidy up and maintenance to mirror the internal finish of the house.
