Elerà holiday apartment

It was very secured, as a sole traveller I was a bit scared since it was my first time in Italy. But the building as well as the room was very secured. You also have some restaurants down or around. The hosts were also very welcoming. I will definitely go there again

The AC in the main room is a bit old so it makes some noises but other than that, there is nothing to complain.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, near to many places of interest. We like that it is located near the bus station to Mondello too. Our host was very kind and ready to help us, we had a wonderful staying. We really recommend it for your holiday in beautiful Palermo!

In general, everything in the facility was OK, but one issue completely ruined our stay. Basically, sleeping in this facility is only possible with earplugs, because the facility has windows with holes through them - I am attaching photos. Although BOOKING refunded us part of the amount for the stay because of this, it did not seal the windows. Our two-year-old child slept during the day because at night she woke up and could not fall asleep. The decibel meter showed from 44 to even 78 decibels from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am and then it was only louder - I am attaching photos. The owner does not understand the problem at all. We live in the city center ourselves and are used to the hustle and bustle of the city, but holes in the windows through them are a sound nightmare. At the end, the angry owner had a problem with cleaning up after our daughter - stains from chocolate and washable crayons on the bedclothes. He even wrote to booking.com about this. We do not recommend at all for the above reason. Until the owner understands that the windows need to be sealed, do not go there because this apartment, although clean and super equipped, loses all its advantages due to the fact that it is impossible to sleep there.

Host is extremely nice and patient . Apartment is elegant and extremely clean. Kitchen very well-equipped. Nice touches like toiletries and snacks. Beds and linens superb. Only 15 minute walk from train station Notarbartolo All-in-all, very pleasant stay and I would certainly return

The apartment was huge, and had everything we wanted. Comfy beds, nice and quiet, a place to cook, and do laundry. It's located close to multiple bus stops to take you wherever you need to go (downtown, beach, etc). Eduardo was very helpful, meeting us for check-in in the late evening and check-out in the morning. He also had good recommendations on places to visit.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Comfortable and clean apartament with complete staff in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice surprise- delicious coffee provided by Eduardo. Good and convenient localisation with the bus stop nearby.

Everything you need is within walking distance.

Everything was great! Very convenient location, and the owners were supportive throughout. Even before the trip started.
