great location, kind host, clean and spacious accommodation.

I felt that the street this accommodation is located on is a bit unsafe area for foreigners.

Fantastic, large, modern apartment right in heart of Palermo. Three comfortable bed rooms, all en suite. Large sitting/dining kitchen. Fully equipped and very clean. Small balcony at front and at rear with table and 2 chairs. Extremely helpful host who checked in with us during our week stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Left us fruit and croissants which was very appreciated. Literally steps from Ballero market and easy walking to all major attractions. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Ignore the scaffolding at entrance, they seem to be renovating other flats. Did not disturb us but a bit off putting when you first arrive.

Quite noisy, some works going on in the building. Too much garbage in the street, Palermo, eh! 😀

very clean, bright, comfortable. The owners directed us to a place to eat.

We weren’t sure what to expect after walking through some rough looking alleys to get there. the apt., however, was great! And we quickly became used to the alleys.

The location was perfect, near city Centre. very large apartment stayed with 9 people and was room for everyone. very well decorated and had nice views from the windows. there was treats left by the owners, in the form of fruits vegetables and candy.

Roberto was really helpful and reachable when we arrived late in Palermo. The holiday apartment was located in ZTL zone and Roberto was so kindly to get us 2 days of driving activation as we rent a car to there. On the day we left he even did a quite early activation for us. The parking is just in front of the house and it is free. He even prepared a welcome fruit for us. The apartment location was superb as walking distance to most of the historical momuments.

Fabulous host and beautiful apartment in the heart of Palermo. It was a fantastic stay and I would love to come back. Highly recommend this apartment to any and all travellers.
