parking possible in the driveway, clean, new and modern facilities, easy access by public transport (30 minutes to the old town), restaurants nearby

not the friendliness you would normally expect, the owner scratched my car with the gate in front of the building. Although it was a mistake, I would have liked to have had an apology (at least).
