The location of the apartment is perfect. The owner is very kind and always ready to help. The accommodation is comfortable and clean.

The street is busy and there is a chair repair shop under the apartment, so if you are not an early riser, the noise will bother you.

Property is very centrally located and a five minute walk to train station. I felt very safe there as a female traveler. Had pretty much everything I needed. I liked that they had lots of extra shampoo, conditioner, lotion, sunscreen etc…. Very helpful when traveling and you are limited in what you can bring and easily forget something. Recently renovated.

Like others have said, it is a bit noisy. Its a narrow street in old part of town and its apartments. I think part of that is just Palermo and not owners fault. However door to stairs is old and has to stay open. Stairs are marble or travertine and really carry sound. I think if there was a way to close door to stairs it would help block out noise from street. I would stay at place again. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you are sensitive.

Good communication before arrival. Alberto was waiting for us in front of the house and explained everything -his English is exceptionally good! The apartment is close to everything: sights, bus and train station as well as supermarket. Nice and cosy place to spend a couple of days. Highly recommended!

It can be quite noisy in the street, but I think it is absolutely normal in this city.

The apartment is clean and equipped with the most necessary. The location is great, close to all tourist attractions.

It‘s REALLY loud in the apartment, the neighbors from the street only know shouting as communication. The apartment is quite dark and the swing blinds can’t be fixed, so when there’s wind, they bang back and forth.

Quick and uncomplicated check in. Alberto was very nice and gave us some really useful advice on what to see, where to eat and where to drink. Flat was very clean and just a 5 minute walk away from Quattro Canti which is basically the center of all tourist attractions. At night also pretty quite if you close the windows and use the aircon. The flat has a small balcony and a big rain shower. Lovely flat, we will come again!

Communication with/ and the host were great😁. Internet worked well 💻. Location 👍🏽 flat really pretty😍
