Very hard to find on Google maps took me to the rear of the apartment had to find the front a bit af the climb up steps would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

The location was ideal - easy walk to Carvalhas, Bomfim, Vintage House, boat trips, and downtown Pinhão without hiking the steep hills of Pinhão. Lots of great-host amenities like coffee, treats, brochures, etc. Washing machine was a nice bonus and 3 TVs (family room and each bedroom). Self check-in (lock box) was also really nice since we didn't know when we would arrive.

The house was a bit musty at first, but it aired out with the windows open. Parking is just public street parking, which was no problem mid-week in mid-march (off-season). You do have to walk up a flight of stairs and a short incline to get to the front door (under a minute from parking). The house layout is 2 bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs, kitchen + family room + extra bathroom downstairs. None of these were issues for us, but maybe someone with mobility issues would care.
