Don’t bring your own car before you find solutions to it there it’s very hard to find free or public parking in Aug otherwise smallest car you have to pay 35€ per night Host was honest and very kind men with us Mr Pepe 🫡🌹 All romes had own air conditioning , easily it’s fit for 8 adults

The location was great with walking distance to restaurants. The view from the balcony is pretty. Huge wraparound home with plenty of space if you have many people.

Be aware that you are in a smaller town with not a lot to do. There are great restaurants within walking distance but otherwise know you will need to pay for a driver or take a bus anywhere. The owner was very aggressive when we arrived and got angry that I didn’t WhatsApp him 2 hours before we arrived. Even though I tried to call him the day before to explain I had problems with the app but wanted to tell him my arrival time and he hung up on me! He then try to get us to cancel our airport transfers and use his driver, along with our tours because he would be cheaper. Regardless, this whole experience with him ruined it for me- along with him not providing and laundry soap for the washer and him showing up at the time we checked out and just standing around waiting for us to leave. The back bedrooms had no WiFi at all, you gave to move to kitchen area to get it. Mold in bathroom areas. 2 flat pillows per bed.

The view and house is great. We have everything we need.

Terrible check-in though, the host was a bit invasive and pushy. The day before our arrival he called and asked where are we coming from and telling me where to pass to avoid traffic, I told him he doesnt need to worry because ive been to the Amalfi a lot of time so I know how to get there, on a higher voice he keeps on insisting and repeatedly telling me where to pass. The day of our arrival he called me again asking what time are we arriving, I told him I dont know the exact time because we were still having lunch just a street below the apartment and asked if I can call him at least an hour before our arrival time. He told me in a rude way that he should know already because he has other check-ins that afternoon. So what we did is, rushed our lunch and ran up to meet the host so we could get the keys and pay for city tax. They should be more flexible with the check-in or put a self check-in option next time.

We had an amazing relaxing stay in this beautiful villa. The space was great for the 6 of us. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed to make this a lovely family holiday.

There were quite a few steps so be aware when you are taking large suitcases

The view is fantastic (but so is every view in Praiano). The patio is very nice and we loved that there were a lot of little balconies throughout the house.

The check in process was terrible. Before arriving I received endless texts and calls, each increasingly angry since I was driving and could not respond. On arrival I was yelled at for 30 minutes because the address in the listing is wrong, so I arrived at the wrong place. When I asked for the correct address, I was yelled at more with no answer. There was a lot of berating with no real attempt to resolve the problem of the wrong address. At one point I was told to meet the host at another hotel, and when I asked if I should drive to him or walk he bafflingly said "walk with the car." A symphony of miscommunication so bad that it almost felt intentional. The house itself had a bit of a mold smell, especially the room with exposed rocks. Two of our party had allergies while in the house because of it.

Good location, nice view

Rooms are walk through. We travelled a big group of friends with kids. The house is a loop, so you can go around the house from one entrance to another. One room had just a sofa bed, the other 3 double beds. One of them had no separate bathroom/toilet, and 3 rooms had a bathroom/toilet in the rooms. There was free parking down the road, but the owner didn't tell us this. He just gave us one option of €30 per night.
