Very Quiet! And "quaintly cute". First living experience in a "tiny house". We loved it mostly!

There's a bad receptacle over kitchen table. It shouldn't be circuiting through a dimmer switch. Claude knows about it. It was very chilly when we got there but we learned how to use the electric heater.

Cute & good price. Friendly owner on-site & was quick to correct issues.

Wasn't as clean as expected. Hair in my bed sheets so I slept on top of comforter the first night, but new sheets put on the next day. Dishes were dusty/dirty on shelf, cobwebs/spider above bed & floor was "crunchy". Would recommend a new cleaning crew.

"Peaceful stay in center of town"

This is a great location and the house is a lovely oasis. The unit has everything one would need, a kitchenette, bathroom with amenities, and an outdoor space with table. It was a relaxing spot for coffee and reading.

"Nice, quiet tiny house with all the amenities one would need."

It’s a nice tiny house behind the owners house. Owners very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Has most of the amenities you would need. It’s private and quiet. Nice for 1 or 2 persons only. Parking is under the carport and not on the street. Definitely one of the nicest ones I have stayed in.

They require a $60 cleaning fee each stay so not convenient to split up your days.

"Nice little tiny house that is perfect for one or possibly two people"

Very quiet little house behind the main house. It was clean and neat has a small refrigerator, microwave and dishes with a hot plate if need be. The owners were very accommodating. I have chosen to rebook at the same facility. Recommended.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. You could even park your vehicle under the carport. The bed was very comfortable.

It has everything i needed so i could visit with my hospitalized family in need Only thing i had to get was food they even had the coffee i would definitely do it again. Thanks so much

Tucson's hot weather But that didn't reflect on the tiny house
