SALTY HOUSE：海が目の前！

Sammy is an excellent host. Apart from providing a well-equipped accommodation that looks, and is as good as the pictures you see, he goes the extra mile that shows the meticulous and caring person that he is. Examples: -He offered to pick us up at the airport (even without us asking) -He gave numerous suggestions on activities and restaurants -He comes regularly to check on us and to make sure everything is ok And the shining moment was when we were caught by and our departure was delayed during the Typhoon Jangmi. Sammy ensured that we were safe in Salty House and offered to bring us food when we were confined. He helped to call the car rental to make the necessary changes. He even came in the middle of the storm to check that everything was fine. We are very pleased with our choice of Salty House and highly recommend it.

Wow, words cannot describe this place. No help support, advice and humour of Sammy and salty house. After an action packed 10 days in Tokyo and Osaka, it was time for some relaxation in Okinawa and salty house is the perfect place. your own beach, your own house, your own pool, your own hot tub, and a host in Sammy, who takes ownership and engagement to a whole new level from collecting us from the airport to having a car on hand for us to use and self drive to maintain the property through the visit and being able to help advise at the moment, notice - Okinawa is officially the trend location in 2026. To visit a mixture of Hawaii, the Maldives and Asia or mixed into one absolutely stunning and the property was a whole different level. - we absolutely will be back and we absolutely recommend salty house as the number one place to stay.

There is a huge downside to Okinawa - The shopping!!!! 😂 from the outlet mall with brands available at 70% off to PARCO city which is a 15 minute walk from salty house textiles, cosmetics, footwear, and big brands are all amazing prices. Food and souvenirs are also at stunning prices. Please make sure your credit card is ready.😂

The villa was wonderful. We were a group of six people from three generations, and we spent most of our time in the pool. Unlike hotel pools, we were able to use the pool freely without worrying about time or other people. There is also a private beach downstairs. There is a large shopping mall in Okinawa, near the villa, which is very convenient. It was only 1000 yen one way by taxi.　 If you walk a bit down the street and use an app., you can pick one up in no time. If it is not summer, you may take a walk. We were able to do most of our shopping here, including souvenirs. Naha Airport is about 30 minutes away by cab. The villa was very clean, and everything was of a high standard and pleasant. The host, Sammy, was very helpful, and communication was smooth. We were provided with an extra mattress for one child. We will visit again if we have the chance.

My stay was perfect

Loved the amenities like the sauna, pool and hot tub. Also very cool to have a little “private beach” accessible by stairs at the back of the property. The technologically advanced air conditioning, air filter and stove system “talked to us” and made adjustments. When the weather is nice it was very enjoyable. The stormy weather brought concerns as the toilet and sink gurgled loudly.
